Charlotte Komat
November 29, 1940 ~ January 14, 2022
Charlotte Komat (nee Kaderbek), age 81 passed away peacefully on January 14th, 2022 in Madison, Ohio surrounded by her loving family. She was beloved wife of the late Edward Komat; loving mother of Raymond (Lisa) Jones, Gail (James) Schneider and Jennifer Stillings; and grandmother to Michael, Randall, Robert, Courtney, James and Jacklyn. She was daughter of the late Charles and Helen Kaderbek (nee Modroch); sister of Dorothy Zunt (Don deceased), Florence (Joseph) Girardi (both deceased), Janet Patena (deceased,) (Gene) and Charles F. Kaderbek (Vickie Morris) (both deceased).
Charlotte was employed at a publishing company before devoting her life to being a homemaker to her children. She was active in the ladies auxiliary at VFW post 1056 in Euclid, Ohio which her late husband formed. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and spending time with her dogs, Duffy, Bunny, Sophie and Benny.
Private memorial service to be held at Western Reserve Cemetery in Chesterland, Ohio and Celebration of life to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Euclid Animal Shelter, 25100 Lakeland Blvd, Euclid, OH 44132.
