Charles F. Zedonis
June 30, 1942 ~ August 21, 2018
Charles F. Zedonis CZ, age 76 of Madison Twp., died August 21, 2018 at his home after a long illness. He was born June 30, 1942 in Wanamie, PA to Edmund and Mary (Andrusis) Zedonis.
He was a North High graduate and proudly served his country oversees in the United States Marine Corps. He retired after 30 years from The East Ohio Gas Company. He also worked for Erie Shores Golf Course. Chuck was an active member of the American Legion Post 601, V.F.W. Post 2595 Painesville and Amvets Post 1971 Perry, OH. He loved his hunting camp in Tidioute, PA where he made many fond memories hunting deer, turkey and trout fishing. He also loved to hunt and fish in Ohio, fishing Lake Erie for walleye and perch on his trusty boat and throughout, Chuck remained an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
He is survived by his daughters, Elizabeth (Ron) Johnson and Beverly Zedonis; son, Chuck Zedonis; stepson, Rick (Kim) Ferrari; brother, Ed (Bonnie) Zedonis; and sister, Pauline (Butch) George; grandchildren, Shelbie, Steven, Ricky, Brittney, Michael; and many great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, John Zedonis.
Private services to honor Chuck will take place at his favorite hunting camp in Pennsylvania.

I worked with Chuck at East Ohio Gas, as his partner for many years. My wife, Kris and I are sorry to hear of your loss.
