Charles E. "Chap" Jackson, age 49, resident of Madison, Ohio, passed away Thursday, September 13, 2012 at his home. Born on August 16, 1963 in Willoughby, Ohio to Margaret Jane (Turner) and James W. Jackson. He is survived by his father, James W. Jackson of Madison; Sister, Kimberly (Frank Brown) Jackson of Madison; 2 Nephews, J.R. (Samantha) Jackson of Parma; Mario Jackson of Madison; and his best friend, Bill of Painesville. Preceded in death by his mother and grandparents. Friends will be received 3-5:00 pm., Sunday, September 16, 2012 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison, Ohio 44057. Graveside Service will be at 11:00 am., Monday, September 17, 2012 at Madison Memorial Cemetery, Arcola Rd. Madison, Ohio.
