Cathy Leigh Ayers, age 73 of Geneva passed away February 27, 2026. She was born in Fairmont West Virginia on July 7, 1952. She is preceded in death by her parents Colleen (Moore) Ayers and James Lee Ayers; and is survived by her sister Elizabeth Ayers.
She was a 1970 graduate of Geneva High School where she played on the Tennis Team and was a member of the National Honor Society.
She attended Bowling Green University then transferred to the Ohio State University graduating with a degree in Pharmacy and continued her education receiving an MBA from Lake Erie College. Cathy worked as the Director of Pharmacy at several Hospitals throughout her career. She enjoyed golfing, water skiing, snow skiing, tennis and traveling.

Cathy was a close neighbor and a very wonderful friend. I will miss her dearly. Will miss the special times we had at Scibblers chatting. Taking walks and spending time together. Maybe she R.I.P.
