Carolyn (Cat) McCormick

Carolyn (Cat) McCormick, age 49, of Ashtabula, Ohio, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2013 at home. She was born January 6, 1964 in Philadelphia to Dorothy (Hudzik) and Joseph McCormick. As a Philadelphia native, Carolyn loved to go "down the shore." She loved her animals, sports, the Phillies, and had a passion for cooking. Carolyn will be sorely missed by those who took the time to know her. She is survived by her sisters, Frani (Paul) Murphy, Judi (George) Laddey; brother, Joe (Pam) McCormick; many loving nieces and nephews and best friend, Larry Delaney. She was preceded in death by her parents and "Mandy the dog." Friends will be received 4-6 p.m. on Sunday, April 7, 2013 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, OH 44057, with a service to follow at 6 p.m. Contributions may be made to the Animal Protective League of Ashtabula, 5970 Green Road, Ashtabula, OH 44004.
