Carolyn Ann Tepley, age 37, of Thompson, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at her residence. She was born on May 26, 1980, in Euclid, Ohio, the daughter of Mary Elizabeth (Watkins) and Edward Tepley. Carolyn was a 1998 graduate of Ledgemont High School in Thompson. She enjoyed her work as an STNA, a veterinary technician, and a waitress for many years, locally in several restaurants. She is survived by her parents, Mary (Frank) Kline and Edward Tepley; daughter, Haleie Ward; sister, Amanda (Dan) Perry; brother, Randall Kline; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Carolyn was preceded in death by, maternal grandparents, Margaret and George Watkins; paternal grandparents; Al and Carolyn Tepley, and Dorothy Kline; uncle, Bill Kline. Friends will be received from 2 to 4:00 p.m., Saturday, January 13, 2018 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Funeral Service will follow at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
