Carol E. Phillips, Age 65, of Geneva passed away Friday, March 6, 2009 University Hospitals of Cleveland in Cleveland. Born August 5, 1943 in French Creek, West Virginia to Roberta (Brady) & Darrel Phillips She was a lifetime member of Madison VFW Post #8548 Auxiliary where she formerly served as President and Trustee and helped out with most of their activities.. She enjoyed family get togethers, reading and flowers and attended Perry High School. She is survived by Mother, Roberta Davis of Ashtabula; Son, Donald Phillips of Ashtabula; Daughter, Darlene Chiaveri of Ocachobe, FL; Niece, Christine Palmiter and Great Nephew, Scott She was preceded in death by her Father; Brothers, Lowell & Robert Phillips; Sister, Shirley Phillips Memorial Service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio.
