Carol Belknap, a lifelong Madison, Ohio resident passed away Monday, February 27th 2023 after a brief illness. A free spirit, she loved animals, especially her Dobermans. She was active in Doberman rescue groups across the country. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Cimino, and her parents Richard and Margaret Belknap. No services are planned.
