Carol Ann Reed, age 78, of Rock Creek, Ohio passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017 at home. She was born September 30, 1939 in Sunville, Pennsylvania to Frank and Garnet Marie (Davison) Dempsey.
Carol enjoyed gardening, following Cleveland baseball and football, and going to her cabin in Sunville. Her dog, Caine, was a faithful friend.
She is survived by her children, Becky (Greg Watt) Reed of Mentor, Lisa (Bill) Demeter of Mentor, Bobbie Reed of Geneva, Jim (Melody) Reed of Geneva, Mark (Tammi) Reed of Rock Creek; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and brother, Gene Dempsey. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Rose Bodamer, Frank Dempsey, Robert Dempsey, Duane Dempsey, and Larry Dempsey.
Friends will be received 1 - 3 p.m. Sunday, November 5, 2017 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio with a Funeral Service immediately following at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Final Resting Place is Sunville Cemetery.

Mark and Lisa stole what was rightfully mine
So sorry for your loss and praying for God to be with you all at this time. Love you all so much.
Sorry I was nimble ever able to meet you grandma Lisa, and Mark always told me they wanted me to come up and when I heard you were dying I caught a plane up there and Mark was really weird and said that I couldn’t be there all of a sudden and I just thought it was weird because I was family and he started talking about Lisa needing to go to some sort of treatment and her son just died from fentanyl and then when I called him him on later, he deleted the text and it was really weird and they just kind of stranded me and I was staying in motels in Ohio and calling them and kind of losing my mind and then he told me he was gonna pick me up and he never did see my grandma and go get dinner and everything and then I even got a hold of Lisa and she’s like oh yeah we’re gonna come get you and she was all nice and they never did and then a lot of crazy things ended up popping that. I don’t think we’re coincidence I’m really suspicious of them and I think they’re up to something evil. I think they’ve been doing fraud amongst other things. I don’t know what you knew about it grandma but I wish I could’ve met you. I love you and I hope wherever you are, you’re happy.
Sorry I never knew you dad and that mark and Lisa are evil I tried to visit Grandma before she died but mark and Lisa would see me and it was weird. I am this Corey they speak of my name is James Cory Reed and my father had opened false accounts in my name I remember my mom saying when I was a kid cuz I was getting phone bills lol I think Mark and Lisa stole my inheritance, Lisa is dead now and her son died shortly before that and you dies suddenly like he did over and overdose and mark and Lisa lied to me . I tried talking to my sister but she had nothing but bad things to say about the Reed family . I think Mark and Lisa killed people and stole my inheritance because I’m really surprised I didn’t get anything from you or grandma not that I was expecting anything I hope you’re in peace wherever you are dad , my life has been pretty bad but I’m doing better now and all truth will be revealed Love you
