Carol A. Parker Carol Ann Parker, age 78, of Geneva, passed away peacefully, October 15, 2016 at Geneva Village and Retirement Center. She was born January 18, 1938 in Painesville, the daughter of the late Harmon Hawes and Marge Bining, and had been a lifelong area resident. Carol worked for many years as a lunch lady at Cork Elementary School in Geneva. She enjoyed cooking and entertaining guest, but most of all enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. Carol is survived by her daughters, Melissa Ledford, Melody (Jim) Reed, and Manda Acadamia; sons, Tom Parker, and George Parker; sister, Darlene Delgross; brother, Roger (Sherrie) Hawes; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Harry Parker; brother, Willard Hawes; Step-father, David Robinson; and daughter-in-law, Sherrie Parker. A private family graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family. Final resting place will be with her son at Madison Memorial Cemetery. The Behm Family Funeral Home, 175 South Broadway, Geneva, is assisting the family.
