C. Jane Walker, Age 78, of Geneva, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2012 Heather Hill Hospital in Munson Twp., OHIO Born September 20, 1933 in Middlefield to Levina (Miller) & Arthur Theodore Grenter; married Allen R. Walker in Perry, Ohio, on July 1, 1972. She was formerly a secretary at Neff Perkins. A 1951 Graduate of Middlefield High School. Received a BA from Kent State University in 1980. Member of Geneva First United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir. She loved singing in the Sweet Adelines, Ashtabula County Chapter. She volunteered many hours at the Humane Society, because of her great love of animals. She is survived by Husband, Allen R. Walker of Geneva Nephews, James F. Grenter, Christopher D. Grenter, & William C. Inman, Jr. Nieces, Cheryl Elliott & Susan Elston Huntington Special Friends, Bill Baker Family She was preceded in death by Parents, Levina (Miller) and Arthur Theodore Grenter; Sister, Mary Grenter Inman; Brother, James F. Grenter Friends will be received 6-8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 28, 2012, at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva, Ohio. Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 29, 2012, at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva. Rev. Bruce Hitchcock of Geneva First United Methodist Church will be officiating. Final Resting Place will be at Mesopotamia Township, Ohio.
