Brenda Palmer

Brenda Palmer, age 72, of Madison, passed away June 4, 2021 at home. She was born April 25, 1949 to Delores (Curran) and James Ivan Rummel in Cleveland, and she lived her whole life as a true Cleveland native. A graduate of Lakeland Community College, Brenda worked as a registered nurse for 38 years. In her spare time, she enjoyed travel, the ocean, long walks along the lake and antiquing. She also enjoyed helping and volunteering her time at the Madison Food Bank, Madison Library and by delivering for Meals on Wheels. However, her greatest joy was her family. Brenda raised two beautiful children, and she loved her grandbabies. They were the center of her world. Brenda is survived by her children, Jennifer (Edward) Jones, Andy (Bridget) Palmer; grandchildren, Eddie Jones, Connor Jones, Katie Jones, Weston Palmer, Sammy Palmer; beloved companion, Richard Buzanski; siblings, Mike (Vicky) Rummel, Debi (Stacy) Crute, Jerry (Robin) Toth; and many extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
