Born July 28, 1937 in Lotten, West Virginia to Bessie Louise (Slayton) & James Robert Smith, Sr., Married Erma Belle Smith in Clifton, Virginia on August 9, 1968 He is survived by Wife, Erma Belle Smith of Conneaut; Daughter, Laura Goings of Conneaut; Son, Billy Jr. (Nadine) Smith of Cleveland; Grandson, Anthony Mollick of Berea, Oh; 2 Sisters He was preceded in death by Parents and Sister, Betty Horne At the family?s request, no services will be observed.
