BIll Lindquist, 95, resident of Geneva, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2009 Geneva Village Retirement Community in Geneva.
Born May 28, 1913 in Oulu, Finland to Marie & Ferdinand Lindquist he married Lucille Antonette Pasqualone in Geneva, Ohio on January 13, 1945.
Bill was a Self Employed Master Carpenter who build a number of fine homes
Served in the U.S. Coast Guard and Merchant Marines and also served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Morris during WW II. Bill enjoyed fishing and eating fish and watching and feeding birds.
He is survived by Wife: Lucille Antonette Lindquist of Geneva;
1 Daughter, Denise (Gary) Hook of Geneva, OH; 2 Sons, James (Candace) Lindquist of Boyanton Beach, FL & David (Susan) Lindquist of Austinburg, OH; 7 Grandchildren, Heidi, Jaime, Robin, Lyndsey, Amy, Patrick, Eric; 9 Great Grandchildren; Brother: Eino Lindquist of Ashtabula, OH.
He was preceded in death by
Parents; Sisters, Bertha Mack and Wilma Johnson.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
Final Resting Place will be at Maple Ridge Cemetery in Geneva.
