Beverly A. George

Beverly A. George passed away on June 1, 2026. Beverly was born on January 18, 1947, in Keisterville, Pennsylvania. She grew up in Madison, Ohio, and was a 1964 graduate of Madison High School.
Beverly will be remembered for her generous heart, her loyal friendships, and her unwavering love for her family. She was a skilled gardener and an accomplished seamstress who took pride in creating a warm and welcoming home. Exceptionally organized and hardworking, Beverly successfully balanced a full-time career while dedicating herself to caring for her family. She was especially proud of her years working at Avery Dennison, where she built lasting friendships and took great pride in her work.
Beverly enjoyed reading, telling stories, and learning new things throughout her life. She loved sharing memories with family and friends and had a gift for making others feel welcome. Her kindness, wisdom, and devotion touched the lives of many, and she will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gregory and Euphrasia; and her sister, Connie (Carl).
Beverly is survived by her husband of 57 years, James; her sons, James (Samantha) and Brian (Jessica); her sister, Faye (Maurice); her brothers, Greg, Martin, and Chet; her sisters-in-law, Frances, Carol, and Kathy; five grandchildren Brittany, Jacob and Blair, Bella and Jackson; and seven great-grandchildren, Oliver, Sophia, James, Henry, Edmund, Lincoln and Levi; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 4-7 pm on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street in Madison. Funeral will take place at 11 am on Thursday, June 11th at the funeral home. Online obituary may be found at www.behmfuneral.com
