Betty Jane McVey

Betty Jane McVey, age 79 of Mentor, passed away Monday, April 14, 2014. Born September 22, 1934 in Rockwood, PA, she was the daughter of Mary (Garm) and Frank Dormish. She married Fred McVey on December 29, 1955 in Bristolville, OH. Betty enjoyed reading and gardening but her life revolved around her family and their activities. She is survived by her son, Fred (Diane) McVey of Madison; grandson, Spencer George; sister, Mary Anne Patrizi of Grose Isle, MI. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred; son, Robert; parents and brother, Frank Dormish. Friends will be received 6-8 PM, Friday, April 18, 2014, with a service following at 8:00 PM at THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 26 River Street, Madison, OH 44057 Final resting place will be in Fairview Cemetery.
