Passed away Thursday, April 16, 2009 Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland Born August 14, 1929 in Columbiana to Laura (Uri) & Albert Hoffacker Occupation: Farmer Memberships and Affiliations: She was a 1947 Graduate of Madison High School. Betty was a 4-H dairy club leader and enjoyed roller skating, cooking and spending time decorating for Christmas, which was her favorite time of year. She is survived by Daughters Nancy (Barbara Jewett) Struna of Elkridge, MD Laura Jane (Jim Kaiser) Starkey of Akron Mary Ann Hejduk of Madison Sons Tony (Randee) Struna of Williamsfield John (Bev) Struna of Williamsfield Jim (Lisa) Struna of Williamsfield 11 Grandchildren 12 Great Grandchildren Brother Fred Hoffacker of California She was preceded in death by her Parents; Husband, Edward; long time companion, Gordon Hejduk; Grandson, Stuart; Sisters,Evelyn Winfield & Catherine Hoffacker; Brothers, Raymond, Rex, Woodrow & Frank Hoffacker Burial will be private. Final Resting Place will be at North Madison Cemetery, Madison, Ohio.
