Betty B. Goddard, Age 87, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away Monday, May 16, 2011 Southern Oaks Assisted Living in Chattanooga, TN. Born January 26, 1924 in Cortland, New York to Beatrice Ida (Foote) & Luther Henry Burlingame, married Alfred Goddard on September 13, 1958 Betty worked as a School Nurse for 15 years in California She received Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Cornell University and was a member of PEO Sisterhood and the Eastern Star. She is survived by Stepdaughter, Carol Nunley of Lake Havisu City, AZ; Stepson, Gary Goddard of Chattanooga, TN; Grandsons, Garin (Mindy) Goddard & Rick (Lorrie) Nunley; Granddaughter, Holli (Tamilo) Afusia; Great-Grandson, Jr Afusia; Sister, Gloria Cameron of Ft. Myers, FL. She was preceded in death by Husband, Alfred Goddard; Parents; Sister, Shirley Batchelder Graveside Service will be at a later date at Alexander Harper Memorial Cemetery in Unionville, Ohio.
