Bertha M. (Yankie) Clingerman

Bertha M. (Yankie) Clingerman, age 83 of Madison, OH, passed away Thursday, August 22, 2013 at the Ashtabula County Nursing Home in Kingsville, OH. She was born February 25, 1930 in Filbert, Pennsylvania to Wanda (Huhn) & James V. Guy. She married Harold R. Clingerman in Madison, OH on November 18, 1972. Bertha was retired from Rockwell, RPO in Ashtabula. She was a member of Lantana Road Baptist Church, the Senior Ladies Sunday School Class and a member of the Saints Alive Ministry group. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon (Harry) Juncker of Linwood, NC; sons, Earl (Linette) Yankie of Conneaut, James (Kimberly) Yankie of Geneva, Daniel Yankie of Lakeland, FL, Jeff (Debbie) Yankie of Crossville, TN; 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; sisters, Alice Garden, Elvira Contraski, Audrey Dunseath, Kathleen Matusky, and brother, Arthur Guy. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Earl Yankie, Sr.; second husband, Harold Clingerman; daughter, Sandra Sullivan, and her parents. Friends will be received 10 am – 12 pm Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes, 26 River Street, Madison, OH 44057. A Funeral Service will follow at noon. Final Resting Place will be at Fairview Cemetery in Madison.
