Benjamin A. Butcher, age 27, of Madison Township, Ohio passed away at home unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 7, 2018. He was born October 12, 1990 in Painesville. Ben was a skilled home appliance technician, who also taught appliance repair. He was employed at Freds Appliance Service, Northeast Ohio and enjoyed fishing, motorcycles, four-wheeling, camping and jet skiing. He had a good sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh. He is survived by his parents, Fred (Jamie) Butcher of Weeki Wachee, Florida, Kimberly (Mike) Claypool of Madison Township; siblings, Adam (Jessica Shreve) Butcher of Perry, Holly (Aaron Ezratty) Butcher of Columbus; grandfather, Gordon Rostocil of Fairport; niece, Riley Ross; aunt, Linda Neal; uncle, Eugene Butcher Jr.; and several other aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Anna Rostocil in 2004 and paternal grandparents, Eugene and Charlene Butcher.
