Beatrice "Bea" Kingery

Beatrice "Bea" Kingery, age 88, of Geneva, passed away Tuesday May 7, 2013 at Geneva Village Retirement Community. She was born May 31, 1924 in Cleveland to Marie (Ziska) & Richard Barker. Beatrice served in the U.S. Navy during WWII where she met her husband Carl J. She loved music and played the keyboard and harmonica. Beatrice was a homemaker and provider who enjoyed traveling, square dancing, clogging, and above all taking care of her family. She is survived by sons, James (Elaine) Kingery, Keith (Deborah) Kingery, Chris (Kathy) Kingery, Pat (Teddy) Kingery; daughter, Amanda (Larry) Luoma; brother, Don (Wilma) Barker; sister, Marcia (Richard) Vangunten; 16 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl J. Kingery; son, Paul Kingery; brother Art Barker and sister, Joan Svoboda. Family services will be announced at a later date and held at All Souls Cemetery, Chardon, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Harbour Light Hospice, 734 C.
