Beatrice B. Fertig, Age 92, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Saturday, January 22, 2011 Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing and Rehab in Madison, Ohio. Born January 23, 1918 in Frostburg, Maryland to Lena (Duckworth) & John Hausrath. Mrs. Fertig had worked at JRC Fibers. Mrs. Fertig was a member of Crossroads Church. She enjoyed raising animals and spending time with her family. She is survived by Daughters, Beatrice Shahan of Madison, Dianna Starr of Northfield; Sons, Gary Leasure of Madison & John Ignat of Geneva; Many Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren; Brother, William Hausrath of Cumberland, Maryland; Sister, Maxine Smith of Texas; Several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by son, Wilbert Leasure; Parents; Stepmother, Kitty Hausrath; Sisters, Rena Grapes & June Dye; Brothers, Harold, John & Robert Hausrath Friends will be received 10-11:00 am, Saturday, January 29, 2011 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 am with Pastor James Lane officiating.
