Barbara "Penny" J. Sears

Barbara “Penny” J. Sears, age 79, of Geneva, passed away Sunday, November 8, 2020 at home surrounded by loved ones. She was born September 14, 1941 in Geneva, Ohio, the daughter of Ernest J. Moore and Helen B. (Bendeliski) Moore. She married Wallace Britton Sears in Geneva on May 20, 1995. Penny was a graduate of Geneva High School, and she was a member of FOE. Penny worked as a nurse’s aide for many years and at various restaurants, and in later years, she enjoyed camping with her family. She is survived by daughter, Diane Miller; nephews, Ronald, Rick, and Tony Moore; niece, Debbie (Moore); step-daughters, Dawn (Larry) Stark, Michele (Scott) Dimos; step- son, Scott (Lorraine) Sears; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wally; step-daughter, Pattie Davis; and her parents. Private family Services will be held. The Behm Family Funeral home of Geneva, is assisting the family.
