Barbara Hale

Barbara Hale, 79, of Jefferson, Ohio passed away at home April 11, 2017. She was born in Parsons, West Virginia to Jewell and Agatha (Lipscomb) Crosten on December 18, 1937. Barbara was a homemaker and caregiver by nature. She was a devoted and loving mother who instilled sympathy, love and compassion for others in her children. Barbara worked as an LPN and shared her care and concern for others far beyond her family. She loved the Lord and was firm in faith, and though she is dearly missed, we will see her again at the second coming of Christ, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18. She leaves behind her children, Daniel (Beverly) Hale, Danise (Dennis) Elliott; brothers, Bill (Anne), Terrence, and Ricky; sisters Louise and Ruby; nephews, Mark, Randy, Grant, Jimmy; nieces, Patty and Mikki. In her love for the Lord, Barbara joins her parents; brother James; and nephew Billy. Private family services will be observed, and Barbara's final resting place will be Fairview Cemetery in Madison Village. The Behm Family Funeral Home of Madison is thankful to serve Barbara's family during this time of sorrow.
