Anna Jean Brumagin, age 87 of Geneva, passed away on January 1, 2018 at Geneva Village Retirement Center. Born August 8, 1930 in Geneva she was the daughter of Ceylon and Olive (Nichols) Seeley and married Raymond Brumagin on December 12, 1950 in Geneva. Baptized when her son was born, Anna was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ in Perry for 57 years. She was a member of the VFW and the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Geneva. Most of all, Anna was a woman who loved good humor and her family, and was a mother to her own beloved children as well as 33 foster children. She is survived by her daughters: Deborah (Jerald) Lodge and Tamrah (William) Holt; son: Thomas (Pamela) Brumagin; grandchildren: Randy Metcalf, Mark, Michael & Kimberly Brumagin, Sarah & Steven Lodge; step-grandchildren: Charise Traband, Cody & Candice Holt; step-great-grandchild: Charlie Traband; sister-in-law: Alice Salomone, and many loved nieces and nephews. Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond; her parents; and her sister, Donna Kline. Funeral Service will take place at 12 noon on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Behm Family Funeral Homes, 175 South Broadway in Geneva. Friends and family will be received from 10:00am to 12:00pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Brother Al Mayher from the Church of Jesus Christ in Perry will officiate the service. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Geneva immediately following the service. The family suggests contributions be made in Anna's name to the Ashtabula County APL, 5970 Green Road, Ashtabula, OH 44004. Online obituary and guestbook at www.behmfuneral.com
