Ann started teaching in 1936 in Wellington, Ohio when teachers were not allowed to teach if they were married. She was married in the summer of 1942 and she had to resign. She was a Den Mother, a Girl Scout Leader and she taught Sunday School. She was a Volunteer Floor Assistant and a Volunteer Care Card Worker at Breckenridge Village. Ann's biggest pleasure was her wonderful family. She demonstrated unconditional love, particularly with her family, but also to her many friends.
