Andrew Emil Kujala

Andrew Emil Kujala, age 80, of Perry, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2022. He was born January 9, 1942 in Painesville, the son of Toivo Kujala and Eva (Rein) Kujala. He married Toni Jean Warner on September 9, 1972 in Mentor. Andrew was a 1961 Riverside High School graduate. He retired from Parker Hanifin after 38 years. He was a charter member for St. Paul's Lutheran Church, and was involved in the church's construction. However, according to Andrew, he played more than he worked. He is survived by his children, Duana J. (Bill) Hamilton, Jared E. (Melissa) Kujala, Darian L. Kujala; grandchildren, Autumn E. Briggs, William F. Sullivan, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Emmalynn, Cilvara, Mary and Devin; and brother, Edward (Darlene) Kujala. He was preceded in death by his wife and parents. Friends will be received 11 am to 12 pm on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 250 Bowhall Road, Painesville. A Memorial Service will be held at 12 Noon at the church.
