Anderson Pantojas, age 69 of Geneva, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2024 at his daughter’s home surrounded by family. He was born July 31, 1954 in Utuado, Puerto Rico, the son of Andres Pantoja and Margarita Jimenz. Anderson worked many years for Cottage Gardens Nursery. He enjoyed photography, gardening, carpentry, mechanics, fishing and ultimately spending time with his family and friends. Anderson is survived by children “The Pantojas 3”, Diana (David) Bucher; “AJ” Anderson (Andrea) Pantojas, Jr. and Omar (Tanisha) Pantojas, and Jessica; siblings Francisco Pantoja (Carmen G. Rivera); Nereida Pantoja; Juan L. Pantoja (Elena Candelaria); Efrain Pantoja; Miriam Pantoja; Migdalia Pantoja; Abisaid Pantoja and Jose L. Pantoja (Lourdes Gonzales); grandchildren, Alexis, Riley, Edison, Bennett, Theodore, Mateo, Le’Lani, Shyel, Kinyan, Amadia, Ty, Peyton and Everly; and his former wife, Diane Slay. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Olga Pantoja and grandchildren, Alejandro Pantojas and Deondre. A special thanks to Bella Care Hospice and the UH Geneva Medical Staff. Friends will be received Friday, April 12, 2024 from 4-7pm at Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St. Madison, OH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 11 am at Assumption Church, 30 Lockwood St. Geneva, OH. Final resting place will be Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Geneva, OH. A Fellowship luncheon will be held from 2-6 pm at Geneva Community Center. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family or the Scholarship Fund for the Geneva Latino Fest. Él se despojo de ese cuerpo lleno de dolor y martirio, y se vistió con uno de paz. Disfrutó del amor de su familia, de sus seres queridos.
