Albert M. ?Duke? Julian, Sr., Age 93, of Concord passed away Friday, October 23, 2009 University Hospitals Geneva Medical Center in Geneva. Born October 17, 1916 in Cleveland, Ohio, to Anna (Picciano) & James Julian. Retired in 1980 after 35 years as a machinist for National Acme. 1934 Graduate of Collinwood High School. Served in the U.S. Army during World War II in the Asian Pacific Theatre. He was a member of the Italian American Club in Cleveland. Enjoyed reading, playing cards and loved his animals. He is survived by sons, Albert (Patricia) Julian, Jr. of Mentor & Mark (Deborah) Julian of Concord; Daughters, Cindy (Gary) Holbrook of Madison & Dawn (Tom) Alligood of Charlotte, NC; 11 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren; Brother, Peter (Josephine) Julian of Florida He was preceded in death by his Parents; Grandson, Mark; Great Grandson, Ethan; Sister, Clara Iannarelli. Friends will be received 5-8:00 pm, Monday, October 26, 2009 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River St., Madison, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:00 pm, Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at Immaculate Conception Church, 2846 Hubbard Road, Madison, Ohio with the Rev. Sean Donnelly officiating. . Final Resting Place will be at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon, Ohio.
