Al R. "Pal" Dennis, Age 79, of Thompson, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2010 University Hospital-Conneaut Medical Center. Born May 7, 1930 in West Wyoming, Pennsylvania to Eleanor (Dress) & Albert R. Dennis, Sr. Had been an expeditor for Bailey Controls in Wickliffe Served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and he was a member of St. Patrick?s Catholic Church. He loved animals, especially his loving dog, Taylee. He also enjoyed long walks and visiting with his neighbors and friends along the way. Al had a big heart and would always welcome you with a cookie. He is survived by Dear friends and caregivers, Jennifer, Robert & Alaura Ross of Thompson; Sister-in-law, Ruth Dennis of West Wyoming, PA; Nephews, Bob, Ed, Albert, John, Bill & Rick Dennis; Nieces, Carol Horvath, Kathy Mele & Pat Rembert He was preceded in death by his Parents; Brothers, Merle & Robert Dennis; Sister, Eleanor Dennis; Nieces, Sharon Thoryk & Donna Dennis Friends will be received 10-11:00 am, Friday, April 23, 2010, at St. Patrick?s Catholic Church, 16550 Rock Creek Road, Thompson, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 am with Rev. Paul Smith officiating. Final Resting Place will be at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Thompson.
