Adam L. Lukachko

Adam L. Lukachko, age 40, passed away suddenly on September 15, 2020. He was born November 27, 1979 in Lorain, OH to William and Linda (Murdy) Lukachko. He married the love of his life, Amy Square on August 18, 2017 in Sheffield Lake, OH. Adam was a machinist by trade and enjoyed working on computers, gardening and loved spending time at the beach on Lake Erie. He was a loving husband to wife Amy, devoted father to daughter, Ashley Lukachko; caring step-father to Madelyn and Justin; son to Bill and Linda Lukachko; brother to Aaron (Erica) Lukachko; grandson to Ruth Murdy; and was also adored by many other extended family members. Adam was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Elizabeth Lukachko and Bill Murdy; father-in-law, Nick Square; and uncle, Tommy Lukachko. Friends will be received for a walk-through visitation 12-2 pm Thursday September 24, 2020 at Behm Family Funeral Home, 26, River Street, Madison, OH 44057 with a Graveside Service to follow at 2:30 pm at North Madison Cemetery, 2065 Hubbard Road, Madison.
