Lynn Machuta

Lynn Machuta, age 60, of Madison passed away January 7, 2015 at UH Geauga Medical Center. She was born November 13, 1954 in Cleveland, the daughter of the late Alfred Greenwald and Josephine (Schmutzok) Greenwald. Lynn graduated from Normandy High School, class of 1972. She married the love of her life Bill Machuta on April 19, 1975 at St. James Church in Lakewood, Ohio. Lynn served as past president of the Cleveland Flame Fellowship in Middleburg Heights where she led many meetings over the years. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Bill; son, Jason (Erica) Machuta of Michigan; daughters, Molly (James) Cleveland of North Ridgeville, Sarah (Douglas) Vogal of Cleveland; five grandchildren, Ashley, Christina, Natalie, Jonathon, and Timothy; sisters, Renee and Janice; and brother Robert. A private family service will be observed. Memorial contributions in Lynn's name may be made to a charity of one's choice.
