Paul D. Newton Jr.

Paul D. Newton, Jr., age 80, of Geneva, passed away, Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Madison Health Care. He was born on April 27, 1931 in Cleveland, Ohio to Geraldine (Knowles) & Paul D. Newton, Sr. Mr. Newon was a retired accountant. He was a 1939 Graduate of Shaw High School, Cleveland and obtained his BS degree in Economics from Kent State University. He served in the United State Army in the Korean War. Mr. Newton enjoyed gardening, crossword puzzles and sports. Surviving family are his daughter, Kathleen (Gary) Tepley of Trumbull Twp., Ohio; 2 sons, Jeffrey (Kathy) Newton of Painesville and Mark Newton of Madison; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by, his parents; brother, Daniel Newton and former wife Retta Newton-Jasko.
