Cathy Leigh Ayers, age 73 of Geneva passed away February 27, 2026. She was born in Fairmont West Virginia on July 7, 1952 to Colleen (Moore) Ayers and James Lee Ayers.
She was a 1970 graduate of Geneva High School where she played on the Tennis Team and she continued her Tennis when she attended Bowling Green University. She graduated from Ohio State University and then received an MBA from Lake Erie College. Cathy worked in administrative positions in various hospitals throughout her career. She enjoyed golfing, water skiing, snow skiing, tennis and traveling.
She is survived by sister, Elizabeth Ayers. She was preceded in death by her parents. A Memorial Service will be celebrated at a later date.
