My grandmother passed unexpectedly in 2010, and we were out of town. Behm handled all our frantic phone calls upon being notified of her death. They told us originally it was not a good idea to see her (she passed of a heart attack, and fell face first), but upon hearing how important it was for my mother to see her, they worked tirelessly upon our arrival & called us to let us know we could come see her. They did a beautiful job on her and gave us a little bit of closure we needed.
Throughout the process of handling the cremation, burial of ashes, they were so incredibly patient & wonderful. You could not ask for a better staff than this one. Now that I’m working to get her headstone taken care of, they again have been amazing!
The loss of our Grandmother was a very hard one for our family, but Behm’s truly made this process as easy as possible so we could focus on remembering our Granny & memorializing her properly. Thanks Behm’s!
