Ronald Lee Masters, 78, of Madison, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at Tri Point Medical Center in Concord. He was born to Rhetta (Beckner) and Warren Robert Masters, Sr., on December 29, 1944. Ron married Evelyn Fabel in Madison, Ohio, August 10, 1974, at Central Congregational Church.
Ron was an Army veteran. He was a proud welder and boiler maker, and built the containment pools at the Perry Nuclear Power Plant. He owned RM Motors in Madison and Geneva, and specialized in rebuilding transmissions.
Ron is survived by his wife of 48 years, Evelyn; daughter, Melissa Mallory; grandchildren, Robert Mitchell Werner, Michael Edward Mallory, Alexandra Leeann Mallory; sister, Deborah Kay Hickman; sister-in-law, Judy Masters; and good friend, Bill S. Ron is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Warren Robert Masters.
