Richard A. Ringenbach, age, 80 of Montville, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2022 at UH Memorial Hospital of Geneva. Born on June 10, 1942 in Cleveland he was the son of the late Henry and Ruth Elizabeth (Wentz) Ringenbach. He would graduate from Euclid High School in 1960 and then marry Rose Passerell on February 2, 1968.
Richard worked as an Electronic Technician and a Supervisor for Hubbell Industries for many years and then Perfection Corporation. He and his wife Rose attended St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Thompson. A hard worker he loved working with his hands and was always willing to send his creative ideas to help his friends and family. He had a passion for electronics, working with stereo equipment and constructing the most extravagant entertainment system to enjoy his favorite movies.
He is survived by his wife, Rose; sons, Rick (Ruth), Rob (Tina), and Ron (Dawn) Ringenbach; grandchildren, Richard Jr. (Nicole), Ringenbach, Rebecca (Gage) Wojciechowski, Matthew, Kyle, Alex, Ashlee, and Jarrett; great grandchildren, Belle, Ryker, Suzy and Charlotte; brother, Donald (Diana) Ringenbach, his favorite niece, Laura Ringenbach along with a multitude of brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Dennis (Janet) and Dale; sister, Marlea.
Family and friends will be received from 5 to 8:00pm on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street in Madison. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00am on Friday, December 30, 2022 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Thompson. Burial will immediately follow at Fairview Cemetery in Madison Village.
