Lillian Mae Hardy, age 100, passed away at Kirtland Rehabilitation and Care Center on August 7, 2022. She was born December 6, 1921 the daughter of Robert and Lillian (Topping) Flack. She married John Hardy on April 9, 1944.

She was a 1939 Graduate of Kirtland High School, she attended The Spencerian Business School and Graceland College in Iowa.  She was a member of Community of Christ Church in Kirtland, Ohio and she was the owner of Hardy’s Quality Shoes in Madison Village.

She is survived by her 4 daughters, Doris (Roy) Willis of Madison, Elizabeth (Jef) Fuller of Kirtland, Jane Hardy, of Geneva, Mary Ann (Wayne) Kelling of Pea Ridge, AR; son, John (Valerie) Hardy, of Willoughby Hills; 8 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by husband, John Hardy; sons, Richard Brian Hardy and David Patrick Hardy; her parents; brothers, Robert “Bud” Flack and David Lawrence Flack; sister, Dorothy Buck; granddaughters, Christine Elizabeth Hedrick and Sarah Jane Elek.

Memorial Service will be held 11:00 am Friday August 12^th at Community of Christ Church in Kirtland, OH with a 1 hour visitation prior to the service beginning at 10 am. Final Resting place will be at N.E. Leroy Cemetery.
