Jim F. Pauley age 54, of Geneva, Ohio went to his fishing hole in the sky, Thursday, December 9, 2021 at TriPoint Medical Center in Concord.
He was born on December 20, 1966 in Cleveland, Ohio to Ruth (Monk) and James Pauley Jr. Jim married Theresa Lynn Hatch on December 26, 2002.
Jim was a Madison High School graduate and served in the US Army. Jim was a member of the Northeast Ohio Fishing Club and also the Harley Owners Group. Jim loved fishing, riding his Harley, cooking, grilling, baking and also loved to build Lego’s with his kids. He really enjoyed camping with his family. He will forever be known for his infectious laughter. Jim never met a stranger. His greatest joy in life was being a dad and Pawpaw.
He is survived by his wife, Theresa Pauley; children, James Pauley II, Heather (Pauley) Frank, Joshua Pauley, Sarah Pauley, Julie Huston, Abigail (Gail) Pauley, Ivy Pauley, honorary daughter, Tiffany Pauley; grandchildren, Brandi, Avalyn, Cadence, Stella, Madelyn, Alison, Evan, Mateo; parents, James and Ruth Pauley; siblings, Sonja (Jim) Trisket, Brenda Lampman, Cheryl (Dave) Hooper; special fishing buddy, friend and honorary brother, Noel Kennedy; many beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Jim also leaves behind his 3 beloved fur babies.
Jim is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, James and Ida Monk; paternal grandparents, James and Virginia Pauley.
Friends will be received from 2-4 PM on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St. Madison, Ohio 44057. Funeral Service will follow at 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
