Kathleen, Lauren and Tom, I am so saddened to find out that my dear friend, your mother and your wife, Tom, had passed. Although we hadn’t seen each other for a few years, I never stopped thinking of her. I always felt like we had “tomorrow “ so maybe we would do lunch or meet for dinner. I always looked forward to our birthday exchanges as our birthday’s are one day apart and we were born the same year. As we were growing up, especially in our teenage years, we were absolutely inseparable and never missed a day without talking. I miss all the chatter. After we both got married, we lost contact for several years but about 13 years ago, Greta found me again and we just picked up where we left off. Greta was the sister I never had. I’m heartbroken now because I didn’t know she was sick again and I did not get to see her one more time. May God hold you in his hands so you can rest in peace. I love you.
