Anthony Joseph Nicoletti, Sr. age 97 of Madison, passed away Friday, May 20, 2022 at TriPoint Medical Center. He was born November 23, 1924 in Pittsburgh, PA to Carmine and Bernadette (Sansone) Nicoletti.

Anthony served in the U.S. Army in the Pacific Theater, 710 Tank Battalion, 81^st Infantry Division. He received his BA from St. Anthony’s College and his Master’s in Education from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. Anthony was a math teacher for Cleveland Schools for 26 years. He was a member of Assumption Catholic Church and enjoyed golfing.

He is survived by former wife, Mary Nicoletti; daughter, Mary C. (Dennis) Hussey of CA; sons, Anthony Jr. (Marianne) Nicoletti of Mentor; Andrew J. (Kelly) Nicoletti of NC and 6 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and twin sister, Elizabeth Milliken.

Friends will be received 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, OH 44057. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 25^th at Immaculate Conception Church, 2846 Hubbard Road, Madison. Fr. Sean Donnelly will be officiating. Final Resting Place will be All Souls Cemetery in Chardon.
