Anne K. Lasko (nee Sabo), 87, passed away Thursday, November 25th, 2021, at Concord Village Skilled Nursing & Rehab facility in Concord, Ohio. She was born July 30, 1934, to the late Joseph and Ann Sabo and widow to her husband, Harold Lasko.
Anne was a lifetime member of Immaculate Conception Church and attended Cleveland State University after graduating from Madison High School in 1951. Her career included several years as a bank teller, over twenty years working for Madison schools in the cafeteria, and many years working at the Madison Country Club. Anne was a lifetime member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary as well as a member of the Fraternity of Eagles. Her favorite pastimes were traveling, needle work (she made many beautiful doilies), going to casinos, and being a sports fan of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her five children: Philip Lasko, Allan Lasko, Thomas (Nancy) Lasko, Cathy Lasko, and Valerie Lasko as well as eight grandchildren: Audra, Tommy, Nick, Jarrad, Mary, Joseph, Jessica, and Christopher and seven great-grandchildren: Rylan, Kaelyn, Brayden, Aidan, McKaylee, Aubrey, and Hunter.
Anne requested to be cremated. The family will receive friends from 4-7 PM, Wednesday, December 8, 2021 for fellowship and prayer, at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St. Madison, Ohio.
