Barrett, Sr. Age 84 Resident of Perry, OHIO Passed away Monday, January 7, 2008 at University Hospital in Cleveland Born February 17, 1923 in Cleveland to Doris (Foster) & William Martin Barrett Married Patricia Smith on 4/25/1942 Occupation: Former Owner/Operator President of Twelvetree & Barrett Plumbing & Heating Inc. Memberships and Affiliations: Veteran of World War II and was a Navy Seabee where he was stationed at Pearl Harbor. 60 year member of the Perry American Legion Post 697, served as Service Officer on the Lake County Council American Legion. Master Mason Temple Lodge 28, 32nd Degree Mason, Al Koran and Scottish Rite Al Koran Kiltie Band. Life member of Painesville Elks. Member and past president of Lake County Health Board. Commissioner of Veteran?s Service for 40 years. Served on the Perry Township Zoning Board of Appeals for 40 years. Member of Perry Historical Society and Museum Committee. He was the voice of the Perry Pirates Football in the early 1960?s. He is survived by Wife: Patricia of Perry 2 sons: William Foster (Linda) Barrett, Jr. of Perry Thomas Patrick (Victoria) Barrett of Perry 1 daughter: Patricia Tycast of Perry Grandfather of Michelle Cicero, Michael Barrett, Thomas Barrett, Elaine Barrett, and Tonyah Carrel.
