Wayne Kimbal Harper

Wayne Kimbal Harper, 56, of Ashtabula was surrounded by his family when he passed away peacefully at home, the evening of September 7, 2016.
He was born October 13. 1959 in Painesville, Ohio to Clemit and Judith (Monell) Harper and had been a lifelong area resident.
After high school Wayne enlisted in the United States Army and had been stationed in Korea and Louisiana. He worked at Grand River Rubber in Ashtabula for over 30 years and enjoyed his time fishing and hunting. There was one thing about Waynehe LOVED his hamburgers. He has children and grandchildren whom he loves, very much.
Wayne is survived by his daughters, Christy Weldy and Brandy Harper; his mother, Judith Harper; step-children, Tiffany Thomas and Mark Kelly; siblings, David, Michael, and Paul Harper; first wife, Terry Crookshank; second wife, Yvonne Harper; step-son, Pete Peterson; three grandchildren, Pete Jr., Madison May, and Connor Joe. He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Jason John Harper; and paternal, grandparents, Goldie and Jason Mallow.
There will be no calling or services at this time and final resting place will be Trumbull Cemetery. The Behm Family Funeral Home, 175 South Broadway, Geneva, Ohio 44041, is assisting Wayne's family.
