Virginia E. Lane

Virginia E. Lane, age 89, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Friday, February 15, 2013. She was born November 17, 1923 in Horner, West Virginia Virginia worked as a cashier supervisor for Pick and Pay before moving to California in 1963. She retired from Southern California United Food and Commercial Union in 1976. A resident of Paradise, CA for many years she was married to her Husband Walter Lane Jr. for 25years and together they were active members of the Moose Lodge, enjoyed going on cruises and cooking. She is survived by daughter, Carolyn (Wally) Spicer Sprafka of Perry; Grandsons, Wally Sprafka Jr. of CA, David Sprafka of Ohio, Michael (Heidi) Sprafka of Madison, and Wayne (Stacy) Sprafka Of Perry; great grandchildren, Cameren, Aleesha, Shawn, Tyler, and Shaelyn Sprafka and Savannah McKenna. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Walter Lane. A Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
