Thomas P. Holleran, 92, of Eustis, Florida, passed away Sunday, December 14, 2008 in Florida.
He was born June 24, 1916 in Cleveland to Rose Ann (Carney) & John Joseph Holleran and married Gertrude Kubach
He was a F.A.A. Inspector.
Thomas served as a US Navy pilot during World War II. After his discharge he spent fifteen years in Syria, Lebanon & Saudia Arabia flying for Pan American Airways and Arabian American Oil Co. After returning stateside he flew locally out of Casement Airport, Painesville, Ohio and Cuyahoga County Airport, Cleveland, Ohio. In 1969 he accepted a position with the Federal Aviation Administration as an Aviation Safety Inspector stationed in Washington, D.C. and Rochester N.Y. He retired in 1984 and moved to Eustis, Florida.

Preceded in Death by his Wife, Gertrude; Parents; and Sisters, Roseanna Hofstetter, Margaret Glaus, and Catherine Wayman
Friends will be received: 10-11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 20, 2008, at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio
Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
Final resting place will be in Perry Cemetery in Perry.
