Thomas D. Spisak

Thomas D. Spisak, 94, of Madison passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2008. Born June 26, 1914 in Cleveland, Ohio, to Mary (Jurica) & Frank Spisak and married Matilda ?Tillie? Piccioni in South Euclid on 11/15/1947. Worked at TRW and also drove school bus for Madison Local Schools Was a 1932 Graduate of East Tech and served in the U.S. Marine Corps in WWII in the South Pacific. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church and enjoyed playing golf and horseshoes. As a young man he was a boxer with the Cleveland Golden Gloves Program. He is survived by 2 sons, Greg (Theresa) Spisak of Perry and Lawrence (Barbara) Spisak of Morgantown, WV; 3 Grandchildren Sara, Matthew and David He was preceded in death by his wife, Matilda ?Tillie?; Parents; 4 Brothers, Steve, Andrew, Frank ?Fritz? and Vincent; 3 Sisters, Mary, Helen, and Sophie Friends will be received 6-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 8, 2009 at Immaculate Conception Church, 2847 Hubbard Road, Madison, Ohio. Rev. Sean Donnelly will be officiating. Final Resting Place will be at North Madison Cemetery in Madison.
