Ruth M Gibson

Ruth M. Gibson, Age 91, of Perry, passed away Saturday, September 15, 2012 TriPoint Medical Center in Concord Township, Born February 3, 1921 in Columbus to Ora (Renick) & Felix Rickey, Sr.; she married John Gibson on October 12, 1946 in Lakewood. A 1939 Graduate of St. Augustine's Ruth was a long time member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in South Euclid and later St. Cyprian's Catholic Church in Perry. She enjoyed making rosaries for the Armed Forces and she made cancer dressings at St. Margaret Mary. Ruth had a passion for crafting and enjoyed sewing and needlepoint. A wonderful sense of humor she enjoyed her role as Mother. Her church and her Faith were important in her life. She is survived by 2 Sons: Rick (Janice) Gibson and Ken (Margie) Gibson along with the Tillman and Rickey Cousins She was preceded in death by Her Parents Felix and Ora Rickey Her Husband John and her Brother Felix Jr. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9pm on Friday, September 21, 2012 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, OHIO. There will be a Rosary service at 6:30pm before the evening visitation at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00am on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at St. Cyprian's Catholic Church, 4223 Middle Ridge Road in Perry with Fr.
