Robert Ford Davidson Jr., age 91, of Madison, Ohio passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at home in Madison, Ohio. He was born December 25, 1933 in Cleveland, Ohio to Cassie (Miller) & Robert F. Davidson Sr.
Rob retired from R.W. Sidley. He loved to tell a good story and enjoyed spending time with his family while enjoying a good meal. Rob collected Gone With the Wind antique lamps, appreciating their beauty, and collecting over 200 throughout his lifetime.
He is survived by his daughters Tammie (Barry) Sullivan & Karen Rogers; companion Janet Osborne; grandchildren Kyle (Katie) Imlay, Jeremy (Heather) Rogers, Amy Cameron, Gregory (Elizabeth) Rogers; great-grandchildren Maggie, Lia, Annie, & Henry. Sister Violet (George) Gyure. He was preceded in death by his wife Margie Davidson and her sons Dale & Arthur Scott; son-in-law Henry Rogers; his parents, Cassie and Robert; and siblings, Charlotte Davidson, Margaret Ward, Jeanette Kessler, Joseph Davidson & Clinton Dunmead.
Rob’s final resting place will be Fairview Cemetery in Madison Ohio. Private family services observed.
