Phyllis Kathryn Nellies, age 77, of Madison, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at the David Simpson Hospice House. She was born May 16, 1942 in Morgantown, West Virginia the daughter of Matthew and Violet Boggs. Phyllis was a very loving and compassionate person, she was hard-working, feisty and always had a smile on her face. She was known to everyone as “Grandma” and she loved to walk along the beach at Madison Township Park. She is survived by sons, William “Billy” (Melissa) Baliker, Charles “Chucky” Baliker and Robert “Bobby” Baliker Sr.; grandchildren, Shawna (Zach) Kunc, Brianna, Robert “Bobby” Jr., Rhylen “Rhy Rhy”, Matthew, Jessica, Dylan and Joelle Baliker, Chuck, Ben, and Erik Horton; great-grandchildren, Jayce Baliker, Isabella, Arianna, Preston, Kendall and Nicolette Horton and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Pamela Resnick Baliker-Horton; brother, Charles Boggs; and sister, Nellie Zakel. Friends will be received 4-6 pm Saturday, November 16, 2019 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, in Madison.   1. My friend Phyllis will be missed. Phyllis enjoyed my father’s company when we came to West Virginia! She was always there for her family near and far. Her contagious smile will be missed.Fly high Phyllis and Rest In Peace.

  2. Phyllis was like a second mom to us. We always almost every day had coffee with her every morning and many conversations. She will be greatly missed. Unfortunately transportation is an issue for us right now but her and her family are in our hearts it saddens me not being there for the ones that were there for us including Phyillis. Bob we love u all our prayers are with u all. Shauna Sanders and family!

  3. I loved spending hours on end drink coffee and having laughs with her. She made the best homemade flavored creamer and was like a mom to me. I loved her do much and alwayd looked forward to her visits to WV. Fly high my angel
